By placing an order with Anfa Hurain you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days for a refund or within 28 days for an exchange. All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition and include the original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be processed within 10 – 12 working days to the original payment method.
- Exchange Process: Exchanges will be processed after the returned item is inspected. If the desired item is out of stock, you will be notified and given the option to select an alternative product or receive a refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch. Notification of cancellation must be provided via email to info@anfahurain.com. Upon cancellation, a refund will be processed within 10 – 12 working days.
- Cancellation After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned to us before a refund is processed. You must provide the tracking number of the returned package via email, and the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all items must be returned tracked. Please provide the tracking number via email to info@anfahurain.com. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will process your refund within 10-12 working days.
4. Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email. Please include one or more photos of the damaged goods. Depending on your preference, we will either refund or exchange the item.
- If you choose a refund, we will also refund the original shipping costs associated with the damaged item.
Shipping Policy
1. Standard Shipping
- Shipping is expected to take 3-5 working days from the date of order.
- Standard Delivery Charge: £3.99 per order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or any unforeseen circumstances.
Additional Information
- Lost or Missing Packages: If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at info@anfahurain.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.
- Delivery to Remote Areas: Please note that delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas. Contact our customer service team for more information if you are concerned about potential delays.
